90 vines to taste
Novantaceppi is a child of its home region, from the root to the grape. A wine with a very special character was once created from 90 vines to the surge of the waves of the Ionian Sea surge and the soaring cliffs of the Adriatic coast. Today, many years later, the wines from the Latentia estate are known well beyond Italy’s borders and these high-quality, authentic vintages are consistently rated highly. Varieties typical of the region are planted and vinified to the highest quality. The vines of the Primitivo grape hug the rolling hills of Apulia, their strong roots imbibing the sunny aroma of Southern Italy from the Mediterranean soil. The Primitivo, deep-red and full-bodied, is a red wine with a wild soul, whilst the Fiano is an original Apulian white that embodies the Southern Italian temperament. The estate’s speciality is the Appassimento Puglia which owes its uniquely full-bodied, dense and intense aroma to the traditional, time-consuming production process.
